Insomnia

Do you remember the last time you had a good’s night sleep?

If you have trouble drifting off to sleep, or wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble falling back to sleep, then hypnotherapy can help.

Getting a sound night’s sleep doesn’t have to be an unfilled dream or a total nightmare.

You may find you’re unable to shut off thoughts at bedtime. Or maybe unresolved issues of the day, or longer, stop you from getting a good night’s rest. Whether unwanted thoughts, stress, or mental and emotional overload, are affecting your sleep, hypnotherapy can help you put time to one side and relax into a wonderful deep sleep.

If you are working shifts or you’re in a career where you are doing the majority of your work when the rest of the world is sleeping, it can be difficult to get a traditional night’s rest.

Hypnotherapy can help you wind down and prepare your body for rest.

Whether you are in law enforcement, or medical emergency technicians, a student, a firefighter or doctor, hypnotherapy can help you sleep deeply and awaken refreshed and fully alert in a short period of time, even if your work requires you to awaken, briefly deal with a situation, and then return to a full night’s rest.

Hypnotherapy can help you perform up to standards, especially in emergency situations, and restore yourself even if sleep is interrupted.

If pain, injury or illness disrupts or prevents a good night’s sleep, hypnotherapy can help turn down the pain and get the sleep your body needs.

Your body needs sleep and needs it to perform at its maximum capacity. Lack of sleep has an adverse effect on your overall health and wellbeing.

With hypnotherapy and practising hypnotic techniques, you will be able to quickly move into the frame of mind needed to sleep. You’ll discover how to push aside the usual distractions or noises that keep you awake for a period of time at bedtime and have a better quality of sleep.
