Hypnotherapy makes use of the mind’s ability to change patterns of behaviour and break free of emotional burdens. It’s fast, effective and natural. Most people are surprised at just how relaxing it is.
Being mindful is anytime when you are focussing all your attention on one thing.
Mindfulness can be a meditation technique, it’s also a hypnosis technique. It’s a technique that helps you stay focused on the present. Change occurs in the present, in the context of now. We can’t change the past, no matter how difficult it’s been. We can’t know the future. But what we can do is, right now, is focus on the present – the now.
NLP is a set of methods and insights that help you take charge of your life.
NLP is the study of how language affects your neurology and your behaviour. NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Everything in your life is determined by the words you tell yourself and the pictures you form in the head. NLP helps you change those words and picture so that you are more in charge of your thoughts and feelings.

EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over 5,000 years, but without the invasiveness of needles. By tapping on the special meridian power points, we put more energy into the system and clear out blockages and disturbances, get the energy to flow more freely, and that’s why we then feel better, think better, and act better as a result.

In 2001, the British Psychological Society commissioned a group of expert psychologists and published a report that declared hypnosis a proven therapeutic medium and valid for study. The report went on to say hypnotherapy is beneficial for a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, pain, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, headaches and migraines, asthma and a variety of skin maladies and weight reduction. A comparison study reported in 2007 by American Health Magazine indicated some psychological issues benefit more from hypnotherapy than psychoanalysis and behaviour therapy. A German university meta-analysis of 444 studies supported this claim, concluding a 90 percent success rate with hypnotherapy for stress, anxiety and chronic pain.
