Winter Blues: How to Feel Great on Blue Monday

Blue Monday is with us once again, in my last post, which you can read here, I wrote about Blue Monday and how depression is a real illness.

If you are feeling the winter blues why not try a little escape with a free “virtual” holiday and find your happy place.

Escape is key to our mental self-care, and it can be good to seek a happy escape when things are blue – that feeling of “I just need to get away”.

You can use my free downloads to travel to your favourite holiday destination – without leaving your own armchair.

I’ve created five free downloads to enable people to spirit their minds off to an amazing holiday resort and, in doing so, experience a little of the relaxation and release they would have enjoyed had they actually been away from home.

This allows you an outlet from the day-to-day stresses we all face, and the energy to re-engage with everyday life. By focusing our attention on the good things instead of the bad, we can really de-stress and feel so much better.

The free downloads are a form of self-hypnosis. They simply require you to sit down, close your eyes, listen to my soothing words… and relax.

The downloads are not a cure or treatment for clinical depression, but they will offer a lift of the January blues and help focus on feeling good instead of the bad.
