Are you experiencing Anxiety or Worry?
Anxiety and worry can affect people in different ways. You may be experiencing anxious thoughts, sometimes obsessive thoughts. They may be focused on specific events, which may be real or imagined.
You might be experienced physical symptoms such as shortness of breath, dizziness, increased heart rate, trembling, muscle tension, headaches, sweating, numbness, tingling, dry mouth, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea, nausea, fatigue, or a full-blown panic attack.
You may find yourself crying, screaming, or avoiding certain situations. You may have trouble sleeping, restlessness, irritability, compulsions, or obsessions.
Anxiety and worry can be brought on by a fear of something that happened, or what we think happened and dread happening again.
When individuals suffer from an anxiety disorder it may lead to avoidance of certain situations because they fear their anxiety may be triggered. This can lead to relationship problems and/or career problems such as not being able to achieve potential job opportunities or promotions and being unable to develop personal relationships.
Whether your anxiety and worry is hereditary, caused by too much pressure, or as a result of life experiences, hypnotherapy can help.
Hypnotherapy is an effective treatment for anxiety disorders, it aims to seek out the root cause of the anxiety and change your perception of a past event or release emotion from it.
Physical pain and tension can be addressed by hypnotherapy by helping to reduce the frequency and/or intensity. Along with causing physical strain, constant or frequent anxiety can also put you in a strained emotional state. Hypnotherapy can help you feel happy, content, and confident and help you put strategies in place to address and resolve the causes of your anxiety and worry.
