Hypnosis and Intermittent Fasting
Hypnotic-fasting is based on scientifically proven intermittent fasting. It uses direct hypnosis to make fasting easy so that you gain the benefits to your health.
The programme was pioneered by Rob De Goof, one of Europe’s Leading Hypnotists. Rob developed this programme to help him lose weight and have a healthy lifestyle. Since then he has tested and refined the programme to help others achieve the same great results.
A lot of people have heard of the benefits of intermittent fasting but struggle to maintain their fast. Usually, the problem with intermittent fasting is that people find it tough to stay persistent with their goals, and drift away from their purpose and as a result, give up too soon.
This is where hypnosis can help. Using a combination of intermittent fasting and direct hypnosis, it becomes easier than ever to lose weight and have the cleansing benefits of fasting.
Combining intermittent fasting and hypnosis creates a power combo of these two scientifically proven success formulas. They complement and reinforce each other seamlessly.
What exactly is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. There are several different intermittent fasting methods, all of which split the day or week into eating periods and fasting periods. It’s more about when you eat than what you eat.
The most popular variant is the 16/8 schedule. With the 16/18 schedule, you don’t eat anything for 16 hours a day and eat normally during the remaining 8 hours.
The healthier you eat, the better the results. But even if you don’t adjust anything to your eating habits, you will lose weight naturally.
Research shows that intermittent fasting is a way to manage your weight and prevent, and can even reverse, some forms of disease. Neuroscientist Mark Mattson, Ph.D., has studied intermittent fasting for 25 years. In one of Mark Mattson’s studies, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, he revealed data about a range of health benefits associated with the practice. His data highlighted benefits including a longer life, a leaner body, and a sharper mind.
Mark Mattson says
“Many things happen during intermittent fasting that can protect organs against chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, age-related neurodegenerative disorders, even inflammatory bowel disease, and many cancers.”

As a Licenced Expert, I offer three different Hypnotic-fasting programmes with varying levels of support – Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Silver and Gold packages include a special Active Alert Audio Hypnosis recording.
*Active Alert Hypnosis is a form of hypnosis in which, instead of sitting still with your eyes closed, you are moving, eyes open when necessary. In the 1970s, this technique was extensively researched during a scientific study in Hungary. We created an Active Alert Hypnosis MP3 that you can use while walking. This is how you kill two birds with one stone: you move and your subconscious gets the necessary suggestions to make the intermittent fasting run comfortably and to reach your target weight faster and more efficiently.
