Hypnosis and Intermittent Fasting

Hypnotic-fasting is based on scientifically proven intermittent fasting. It uses direct hypnosis to make fasting easy so that you gain the benefits to your health.

What exactly is intermittent fasting?

Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. There are several different intermittent fasting methods, all of which split the day or week into eating periods and fasting periods. It’s more about when you eat than what you eat.

The most popular variant is the 16/8 schedule.  With the 16/18 schedule, you don’t eat anything for 16 hours a day and eat normally during the remaining 8 hours.

The healthier you eat, the better the results.  But even if you don’t adjust anything to your eating habits, you will lose weight naturally.

Research shows that intermittent fasting is a way to manage your weight and prevent, and can even reverse, some forms of disease. Neuroscientist Mark Mattson, Ph.D., has studied intermittent fasting for 25 years. In one of Mark Mattson’s studies, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, he revealed data about a range of health benefits associated with the practice.  His data highlighted benefits including a longer life, a leaner body, and a sharper mind.

“Many things happen during intermittent fasting that can protect organs against chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, age-related neurodegenerative disorders, even inflammatory bowel disease, and many cancers.”
