Am I still seeing clients?
Yes! I am continuing to see clients online. I’m here to help. Through live online video conference, using Skype or Zoom, we can go through the hypnotic process as is we were together in the same room. I’ve been holding sessions online for years and since March the majority of my sessions have been online with clients.
Is it as effective?
Absolutely!. Research shows that online sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. Hypnotherapy online has exactly the same outcome as face-to-face-therapy. The only difference between seeing me in person and having a session online is that you don’t have to travel to me. Once we begin the process, it’s the same quality experience.
A typical hypnotherapy session begins with a conversation about your goals and a brief explanation of what hypnosis is. Then, once the formal hypnosis process begins, typically, you are sitting in a comfortable chair, relaxing with your eyes closed. At this point, it doesn’t matter whether we are in the same room together or not.
What do I need for an online session?
You can use your desktop, tablet, or even your phone. Sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home or your office. Anywhere where you have a good internet connection and can sit comfortably without being disturbed.
Live online video sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. Sometimes they can be more effective because we can get that result in the environment where you most need the support. Imagine the changes in your health and your focus when we hypnotically create the results in the environment in which you want to produce the change. This can be especially effective if the habit or behaviour you want to change is something you do at home or at work for example overeating, smoking. or trouble sleeping.
